Returns Process

NO QUIBBLE, NO FUSS, NO HASSLE

Here at Beddingsdirect.co.uk, 100% customer satisfaction is our main priority. That’s why we have a 30 day return policy on all orders. If for some reason you are not happy with our product upon receiving it, you have the full right to return the item back to us within 30 days.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

1) You may return the item back to us if you are unsatisfied with it as long as it is undamaged, unused and in its original condition. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the returning cost.

2) If however there is a manufacturing fault or an error on our behalf, we will then take full responsibility of paying for the item to be sent back to us and you will be issued a full refund.

HERE’S HOW TO RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM:
There’s two ways you can arrange to send your items back to us:

A) Post The Item Back To Us Yourself
You can send your items back to us using a courier of your choice although we strongly advice to ensure your items are tracked as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items.

B) Arrange For Us To Collect Bulky Items
Contact us via phone on
01204 896 522 or email us to get a returns label sent to you via email. Simply print the label off and our drivers will pick up your items. A refund will be issued once we receive the items.  

Please Note: We strongly recommend using a courier which provides a tracking service as we do not take any liability for lost items. Please note that items will be inspected upon receiving for damages etc.
